Shipping & Returns


TIMING

Our turnaround time varies on your design choice, but approximately:

SAMPLERS - We have an minimum turnaround of 2 weeks

STATIONARY - We have a rough turnaround time of 3-4 weeks so please take this into consideration when planning your big day. This may vary depending on our workload at the time of ordering.


Shipping 

COLLECTION: If you are local and would like to arrange a collection, just get in contact with us to arrange a suitable date and time. 

POSTAGE - We send our orders out with either DPD or Royal Mail so your order will arrive the next day once you have received your dispatch email. If your order is sent via DPD you will receive an hour slot from DPD to ensure someone is in to receive your package.


International Delivery

It is possible for us to ship internationally. Please contact us for details. 

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Orders: We try our very best to package your orders so that they arrive with you in perfect condition. Sadly though we know that sometimes damage can occur in the process - resulting in damaged or faulty items. Should this happen to you - please don’t worry, we will sort it for you as quickly as humanly possible. All you need to do is contact us within 14 days along with an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you.

If you return a non-personalised item to us that isn’t deemed as faulty, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and we will refund you for the product price only. When returning your item to us please enclose your original invoice (where possible). Alternatively enclose a note with your contact and order details. We always recommend using a tracked service to return your item - we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return

post.

RETURNING NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS FOR A REFUND

We can all be indecisive from time to time - if you change your mind about a non personalised item just make sure you return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition WE WILL PROCESS ANY REFUND DIRECTLY TO YOUR DEBIT /CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITHIN 14 DAYS AT THE VERY LATEST, SUBJECT TO

Returning Personalised Items For A Refund

Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty - please see below). This includes anything specially made, or ordered with your choice of name, location, material, message, or other customised feature making the item unique to you. PLEASE NOTE: We ask that before purchasing you make sure every detail is perfect, design, spelling, date etc. Please double, triple, quadruple check the proof, even better get another person to check as well. Re-prints can be costly and unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for errors we are unaware of. As mentioned personalised items are not eligible for a refund but an exchange will be given which will occur a fee. If an item appears to be faulty (this does not cover design errors AFTER draft approval) , & we have confirmed this, an exchange will be offered in the first instance. If you opt against this then please return the full order to us in the original packaging to receive a refund within 14 days. A return label will be issued to you to print & attach to the package which will be collected by DPD. If nobody is available to wait for DPD to collect the package you can leave the package in a secure place with a note on the door for them to collect from. We do not take any responsibility for any missing packages if this method is chosen.
